Everyone gets angry sometimes. Losing control over your emotions is normal and justified, as these emotions don't just appear out of thin air.
However, it's important to calm down and get back in control, as anger can often be blinding and lead to bad decisions.
It's important to try and be level headed when making decisions or talking to someone over an issue, as you may end up saying or doing something that you regret.
Do something that you know will relax you. Perhaps try meditating, going for a walk in the park, or buy all your favourite snacks from the shop.
Whatever you do, use this time to think more rationally about your situation and allow yourself to see it from a better perspective.
Getting yourself out of a situation is one of the best ways to truly understand how you feel about it.
If it's a nice day, why not go for a walk around a local park to clear you head? Or if it's cold and rainy, head to your town centre or grab a coffee.
Clearing you head can help improve your mental state, as you can reorganise your thoughts and find a new approach to tackle how you're feeling.
