We are Moods.
We are a friendly, new site that is dedicated to providing people with support for their mental health, offering you some techniques and advice that may be useful.
To achieve this, our site features different 'Mood pages and various built-in applications to support you, each with the aim of making you happy. We also have our own blog, where people can send in their posts and read others, helping to clear your own mind and find support in the voices of others.
At Moods, we want to ensure that you receive the best support possible, so make sure to follow us on social media!

At Moods, our goal is to improve your mood so that you're happy, or at the very least calmed down.
To achieve this, we've designed pages that are dedicated to some potential moods that you may be feeling, and offer you ways to help overcome your feelings. These are; Anxious, stressed, happy, sad and angry.
It's easy to feel anxious over things, and sometimes all you need is to take a step back so that you can see things from a different perspective and work through things.
Our page on feeling anxious will help you calm down, and hopefully give you ways to work through the way you're feeling.
Whether it be deadlines, jobs, family, or just about anything else, feeling stressed can effect every one of us.
Stress can lead to people feeling overwhelmed, not sure how to move forward. To help that, we provide you with a way to organise your thoughts and plans, and give advice on how to you overcoming stress.
Everyone deserves to feel happy, and that's our overall goal to accomplise here at Moods.
If you're feeling happy, try to think of the reasons why you're feeling better, and maybe consider ways of spreading this happiness to others.
Nobody likes to feel sad, and if you happen to be feeling that way now, then it's important to get support as quickly as possible.
This page will give you advice and support to make yourself feel a bit better, based on the way that you're feeling.
Emotions can sometimes get the better of us, and this often leads to people doing things that they may regret.
You're allowed to feel frustrated and angry, but we're here to support you and help you find ways to calm down.
