What do you do?

The first thing you need to do is find someone to talk to. Having negative thoughts can lead to serious mental illness if they're left to build up.

We believe that one of the best ways to feel better is to let these emotions out, and you just need to find the right person to do this to. We can't promise that the feelings will go away straight away, but having someone there to support you can be relieving.
